Questions

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. When you finish a course you receive a Ralfiz Academy certificate of completion. The Microsoft courses prepare you for Microsoft's own exams, which you book and take with Microsoft; Ralfiz Academy is not affiliated with Microsoft.

What do I need for the labs?

The first lesson of each course shows you how to set up everything you need. Most Microsoft labs run in a free Microsoft developer environment, and PL-300 labs use Power BI Desktop, which runs on Windows. Flutter labs run on your own computer. JavaScript and DOM labs need a browser, a code editor and Node.js. The UGC NET practice sets need only a notebook and a timer.

How is my progress tracked?

You get your own student login. Lab steps, quiz answers and practice test scores are saved to your account, so you can continue on any device. Courses unlock one after another as you complete them.

Which course should I start with?

For the Microsoft courses, start with PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals. Then take AB-410 to build apps or PL-300 to analyse data. AB-400 is for developers and comes after AB-410. Flutter stands on its own and starts from the basics. For the web, start with JavaScript, then take DOM & Browser. For UGC NET, take Paper 1 and Paper 2 together: they are written in one sitting.
